We may suspend or remove your account at any time if you break these Terms or misuse the Platform.
The Platform is provided "as is," without guarantees. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or issues caused by your use of the Platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Snipp.gg and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business arising from your use of the Platform. In no event shall Snipp.gg's total liability exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) in the 12 months before the claim. If you have not paid us, you agree that Snipp.gg shall have no liability.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If you keep using the Platform after changes are posted, that means you accept the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, except where local law requires otherwise. If you are a consumer in the UK/EU, you retain any rights granted by local consumer law.
