Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for your account and any activity under it. Do not share your password or let others misuse your account.

Prohibited Use

• Do not upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
• Do not violate intellectual property rights.
• Do not attempt to hack, disrupt, or overload the Platform.
• Do not try to access accounts or data that aren’t yours.

Platform Manipulation

Engagement on Snipp should be earned. You may not manipulate the Platform or interfere with how content is ranked, discovered, or paid out.

• Do not artificially inflate views, likes, follows, or other engagement, by hand, with bots, or through coordinated accounts.
• Do not create or run fake accounts, or coordinate multiple accounts, to sway rankings or discovery.
• Do not buy, sell, or trade accounts, engagement, or placement of any kind.
• Do not flood the Platform with repetitive or low-effort uploads to game visibility.
• Do not use unauthorized bots or scripts to interact with the Platform.
• Do not open new accounts to get around a suspension or other enforcement.
• Do not post links or text meant to spread malware, phishing, or scams, or to mislead people about where they lead.

Content Ownership

You keep ownership of the content you upload. By uploading, you give us permission to store, display and process it as needed to run the Platform, such as when someone asks Snippy, our AI support assistant, to look at it. We may remove content that breaks the law, infringes rights, or violates these Terms.

Copyright & Takedowns

If you believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright or other rights, email us at [email protected]. Valid reports will be reviewed and handled in line with applicable law.

This takedown process is available to all copyright holders, including those in the UK/EU.

Service Availability & Backups

We don’t guarantee continuous or error-free operation. You are responsible for keeping your own backups of any content you upload. Features may change, be suspended, or discontinued at any time.

Termination

We may suspend or remove your account at any time if you break these Terms or misuse the Platform. Badges such as Verified and Partner are granted at our discretion, and we may remove them at any time, for any reason, without notice.

Disclaimer

The Platform is provided “as is,” without guarantees. Snippy, our AI support assistant, can make mistakes, so check its answers and edits before relying on them. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or issues caused by your use of the Platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Snipp.gg and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business arising from your use of the Platform. In no event shall Snipp.gg's total liability exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) in the 12 months before the claim. If you have not paid us, you agree that Snipp.gg shall have no liability.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We may also change our plans and their prices, but a change never applies to a billing period you have already paid for. If you keep using the Platform after changes are posted, that means you accept the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, except where local law requires otherwise. If you are a consumer in the UK/EU, you retain any rights granted by local consumer law.
