If you're not receiving magic link emails, check your spam or junk folder. Some email providers may delay delivery by a few minutes.
Make sure you're using the same email address or Discord account you originally signed up with.
Try clearing your browser cache and cookies, then attempt to sign in again. Using a private or incognito window can also help isolate the issue.
If your profile changes aren't saving, try refreshing the page and making the changes again. Ensure your image files are under the size limit.
Username changes may take a few moments to appear across the platform. If your old username still shows up, give it a minute and refresh.
If your avatar or banner isn't updating, try uploading a different image to rule out a format issue. We support PNG, JPG, GIF, and WebP.
If uploads are failing, check that your file doesn't exceed the size limit for your account tier (50 MB for free, 5 GB for PLUS).
Make sure the file format is supported. Snipp accepts most common image, video, audio, document, and archive formats.
Slow or unstable internet connections can cause uploads to time out. Try again on a stronger connection, or use a smaller file to test.
Accounts may be suspended for violating our Terms of Service or Privacy Policy. Common reasons include uploading prohibited content or abusing the platform.
If you believe your account was suspended by mistake, contact our support team with your username and a brief explanation. We'll review your case promptly.
If you'd like to delete your account, you can do so from your account settings. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
Deleting your account will remove your profile, uploaded files, and any associated data. Active PLUS subscriptions will be cancelled automatically.
