Everything you need to know about managing your Snipp PLUS subscription, payment methods, and billing history.

PLUS Subscription

  • Snipp PLUS is a monthly subscription that unlocks increased upload limits, a verified badge, and access to exclusive features.

  • You can subscribe from the pricing page or directly from your account settings.

  • All payments are securely processed through Stripe. We never store your card details on our servers.

Managing Your Subscription

  • View and manage your subscription from your account settings, including updating your payment method and viewing invoices.

  • Your billing cycle starts on the date you first subscribe and renews on the same day each month.

  • If a payment fails, we'll retry a few times before pausing your subscription. You'll receive an email notification if this happens.

Cancellations

  • You can cancel your PLUS subscription at any time from your account settings. There are no cancellation fees.

  • After cancelling, your PLUS benefits remain active until the end of your current billing period. You won't be charged again.

  • Files you uploaded while on PLUS will remain accessible. However, any files that exceed free-tier limits cannot be re-uploaded once your subscription ends.

Refunds

  • If you believe you were charged in error or experience an issue with your subscription, contact our billing team and we'll review your case.

  • Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please include your account email and a description of the issue when reaching out.
