Snipp PLUS is a monthly subscription that unlocks increased upload limits, a verified badge, and access to exclusive features.
You can subscribe from the pricing page or directly from your account settings.
All payments are securely processed through Stripe. We never store your card details on our servers.
View and manage your subscription from your account settings, including updating your payment method and viewing invoices.
Your billing cycle starts on the date you first subscribe and renews on the same day each month.
If a payment fails, we'll retry a few times before pausing your subscription. You'll receive an email notification if this happens.
You can cancel your PLUS subscription at any time from your account settings. There are no cancellation fees.
After cancelling, your PLUS benefits remain active until the end of your current billing period. You won't be charged again.
Files you uploaded while on PLUS will remain accessible. However, any files that exceed free-tier limits cannot be re-uploaded once your subscription ends.
If you believe you were charged in error or experience an issue with your subscription, contact our billing team and we'll review your case.
Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please include your account email and a description of the issue when reaching out.
