Plus and Ultra members can go live on Snipp from OBS or any app that streams over RTMP. Your stream plays at snipp.live followed by your username, with a live chat next to it.
Set up streaming in your streaming settings.
In OBS, open Settings, then Stream, choose Custom, and paste the server URL and stream key from that page.
Start streaming. You go live automatically within a few seconds, your followers get a notification, and your stream is pinned at the top of Discover.
Want to check your stream first? Turn on Preview Before Going Live in your streaming settings. Your stream then shows on your stream page without notifying anyone, and you press Go Live when you’re ready. Go Offline takes you back to preview without stopping your stream.
Plus: 100 live minutes per month.
Ultra: 300 live minutes per month.
Minutes count while you are live or previewing, and they reset on the same day as your priority minutes.
When you run out, your stream ends. You can go live again once your minutes reset.
Anyone signed in can chat and reply to other messages.
Pick up to 10 moderators from Edit Stream on your live page. You and your moderators can delete messages and time people out for anywhere from 1 minute to 24 hours.
Messages removed by a moderator stay in the chat marked as removed, so everyone can see something was taken down.
Your chat stays open between streams.
Keep your stream key private. Anyone who has it can stream to your channel. If it leaks, regenerate it in streaming settings.
Streams are not saved after they end.
